Palace Pool Club opens its Doors to Families

Palace-Pool-Club Palace Pool Club, Manila’s hottest club, opens its doors to families and yes, even their pets, every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-5pm starting May 7, 2016!

Imagine sipping your ice cold mojito, with hip music at the background, while the kids play by the pool.   My tweeners loved the experience while my 5 year old enjoyed the pool and the wide open space.  It is a great way to bond with the kids, lounge and chill on a lazy Saturday or Sunday afternoon.Palace-Pool-Club-PoolChildren and adults can swim in proper swim wear, with no minimum cover charge.  The pool is 5 feet deep with some parts around 6 feet deep, so young kids need to be accompanied by an adult while parents still need to keep a watchful eye even on bigger kids.  Palace Pool Club will have a resident life guard for extra security but nothing beats a parent's watchful eye.Palace-Pool-Club-ChillingMy little boy enjoyed chillaxin' on the bed bar. It reminds me so much of my Potato Head experience in Bali a few years back.We had our snack here in the shaded area near the pool side.  I am thrilled with the concept because it is a hip place for the families to chillax within the confines of the city, without needing to check-in at a hotel.

You can also opt to use their locker room for minimal fee.Palace-Pool-Club-PoolsideWe were in a bit of hurry so I didn't bring swimming clothes but we couldn't resist dipping our feet in the blue water.Next time I should allot to spend half a day at the Palace Pool Club and of course bring our swim suits!  In the future, the club is planning to offer arts and crafts activities for kids and their parents to enjoy. As for the outfit, think resort wear!  Here are some photos for inspiration.  TheGoMom Summer Outfits Inspiration PegPalace-Pool-Club-with-the-FamIt was a great laid back afternoon, well spent at the Palace Pool Club.
