Order Guidelines:

Step 1:

Text your order to 0917-742-3735 or email to: me@thegomom.com.

Please include delivery address in your message so we can quote

delivery fee.

Step 2:

Wait for confirmation text or email.

Step 3:

Deposit payment to BDO or BPI or pay through PayPal.  For Paypal

transactions,  please add P100 to the price.   We do not accept COD

at this time, except for luxury bags.

Step 4:

Inform of payment through text or email.  Processing of orders only

start upon full payment confirmation.

Step 5:

TheGoMom will email your tracking number.  Product should be

with you in 2-3 days following cut off payment days.  Enjoy your purchase:-)

FAQ:

How long is shipment lead time?

Ship out is every Tuesday and Friday only.

Payment cut off is 12noon Monday for Tuesday ship out and 12 noon

Thursday for Friday ship out.

Orders arrive usually two to three working days after ship out.

Note:   TheGoMom  will not be held liable for negligence or delay on

the courier’s part.

What if I want to see product before purchase?

Meet ups can be arranged only for luxury bags.   Meet-up places

are at Gatteau De Manille, WhitePlains and McDonald’s, Greenhills

/ Ash Creek, Greenhills during schooldays.

Which delivery services do you use?

TheGoMom uses Xend Express for deliveries within the

Philippines.  Rates here.

For International deliveries TheGoMom uses EMS.
